For sale is a completely restored Honda 250R quad. Honda produced this machine for only 4 years, with 1989 being the last – and widely considered to be the best year made. This machine has been completely gone through and has almost every upgrade available. The ground up restoration was all inclusive. Everything from the transmission cases to the wiring harness…even all the fasteners have been replaced. The frame has 2 layers of black powder coat with a layer of gloss over the top, finished off with Full Bore plastic.
Always stored inside and adult owned. Since the ground up rebuild, the quad has only been ridden in the sand. The +4 long, +2 wide suspension setup is designed for the sand or racetrack with Works Performance triple rate shocks up front and a fully adjustable Works Performance rear shock. The motor is a freshly rebuilt CT Racing 330 Pro X breathing through a Duncan Racing Paul Turner Hi-Rev pipe and a 39mm Keihin PWK carburetor.
I have too many quads and can’t ride them all. I hate to see this quad sit, so it’s time to part with it. This is a super clean and very fast machine pushing an estimated 65 horsepower to the rear wheels.
